Rachael is an experienced Recruitment Manager who joined Redline in 2013 and is an AAT part-certified accountancy professional with a wide industry network across the UK and mainland Europe. She began her career with a specialist accounting firm, working with a variety of national and international businesses. She has also gained in-house recruitment experience working as Resourcing Partner for Balfour Beatty developing talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
At Redline, Rachael is responsible for managing a team of consultants and maintaining long-term partnerships with several high-technology and electronics businesses providing recruitment, selection, and retention advice in Leadership, Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.

Rachael is a passionate supporter of AFC Bournemouth. She was educated in Canada and has travelled across the USA, Central & South America, Asia, and Europe. She is a wife and mother who values spending time with her family as they take their dog, Wilson, on long walks! She is also a foodie with a great love for Chinese and Japanese food.
