Redline Executive Direct was borne out of a desire to provide a service that enables our client community to tap into our network without incurring the cost of a search.

We are launching Redline Executive Direct to give you access to our extensive network of currently available, or actively looking executive community at a fraction of the cost of a traditional search. 

As a search practice, the majority of our time is spent doing exactly that – searching. Our working days are spent liaising with a plethora of business leaders and senior executives, whether they are actively looking for that next move or not. 

A search is a labour intensive and time-consuming activity which comes at a price, due to the complexity and effort involved. This cost may be prohibitive for some businesses, but doesn’t take away the need for that next key hire.

How does it work?

Each month we will send out a selection of anonymised profiles of D & C suite executives who are currently looking for their next move. 

If you have an opportunity that matches their credentials, we will introduce that candidate to you, for you to arrange next steps. 

What does it cost?

A one-off fixed fee of £10,000 if our introduction results in an appointment. You will receive an invoice on commencement of employment just as you would with a contingent recruitment process.
