Bio:
A former Aerospace Industry trained Engineer, Andy’s career in recruitment began in 1997 at the height of the technology boom. In 2003 he joined Redline where he managed and established discipline and market led divisions whilst simultaneously running all senior appointment assignments. In his time with Redline Andy has secured and delivered against client assignments across Europe, the Middle East and North America.
As a CBI practitioner and a licenced practitioner for several key profiling and assessment methodologies, Andy is a man for detail, thoroughness and process. A key author of Redline Executive’s business model – an intuitive and extensive Search & Selection process conceived to provide the most in-depth research and screening provision available in today’s executive search space.
Andy is married to Debbie, a primary school teacher and they have 3 children. Spare time activities are very much outdoors in nature and they enjoy exploring the countryside by bike, boat and on foot. He is also a keen musician playing guitar and singing, and is happy to be described as a ‘faded old rocker’.
