Ed graduated from the University of Kent in 2016 and began his career in sports development, where he spent five years building strong people-focused and organisational skills. He entered the recruitment industry with Redline in 2021, and after three and a half years specialising in software development and cryptography, he has returned to Redline with expanded expertise and a renewed focus on electronics, engineering, and high‑tech markets.
With a deep understanding of R&D and engineering environments, Ed partners with clients to deliver high‑calibre talent across technical disciplines. He also supports wider business functions including operations, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic recruitment approach.
