Product Lead

We are partnered with a globally recognised audio technology organisation behind professional products used by musicians, producers, engineers, venues and touring professionals around the world.

They are looking for a Product Lead in Manchester, UK to take ownership of a dedicated product area within a highly autonomous, AI-enabled environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for audio and technology to shape product direction, drive commercial success and bring new ideas to market.

In this Product Lead role in Manchester, you will:
•	Define product direction, roadmap, positioning and feature priorities for a dedicated product area
•	Work closely with engineering, commercial and creative teams to bring new products and ideas to market
•	Use AI-driven tools and insights to support product, pricing and market decisions
•	Drive customer adoption, commercial performance and overall user experience
•	Operate autonomously, making decisions quickly and taking ownership of results

The ideal Product Lead will have:
•	Experience in product management, product ownership or commercial product leadership
•	A genuine passion for audio, music production or creator-focused technology, ideally with relevant industry experience
•	A strong interest in technology, innovation and AI-enabled ways of working
•	The ability to balance technical understanding with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
•	Confidence working in fast-moving, less hierarchical environments, with the drive to take ownership and make things happen

You'll join an AI-native team taking a different approach to product development, with the freedom to shape your area and help create commercially successful technology used by professionals worldwide.

This role is based on-site (5 days a week) in Manchester. Relocation assistance is provided for suitable candidates.
