The business supports global customers with solutions across IT hardware reuse, refurbishment, and resale, helping maximise asset value and drive more sustainable technology outcomes. As part of continued growth, they are expanding their capabilities within the finished goods market, with a focus on servers, memory, storage, and enterprise IT infrastructure. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the secondary IT hardware market, particularly across servers, memory, and data centre equipment. This is a commercial, revenue-focused role, responsible for developing customer relationships and identifying high-value opportunities across refurbished, redeployed, and surplus IT assets. You will play a key role in scaling this area of the business, with strong earning potential and long-term progression available. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage customer relationships across enterprise IT hardware markets • Identify and close opportunities across refurbished, surplus, and secondary IT equipment • Work with organisations managing data centre hardware, IT asset disposition, and lifecycle services • Source and commercialise opportunities across servers, memory, storage, and related infrastructure • Drive revenue and gross profit through both transactional and repeat business • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions • Support expansion across North America and global markets Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: • Experience in IT hardware resale, ITAD, or circular technology markets • Strong understanding of enterprise IT equipment (servers, storage, memory, infrastructure) • Background in data centre environments, IT lifecycle services, or secondary hardware markets • Proven ability to generate gross profit of $500k+ within a commercial sales environment • Strong network across enterprise IT, refurbishers, service providers, or channel partners • Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Package & Benefits • Base salary • Uncapped commission structure and 15% of gross profit • Strong earning potential aligned to performance • Flexible, remote working environment • Clear progression opportunities within a scaling international business How to Apply Please send your CV to yskelton@redlinegroup.Com for immediate consideration.
