Cathy Swain, principal consultant at Redline Group, will be joining a panel of knowledgeable speakers at the “Women in STEM - Future Careers” event, hosted by the LSBU Business School. She will be speaking about breaking into the highly competitive STEM sector, divulging her vast knowledge on the routes to employment, roles, and future opportunities for Women in Engineering.

Cathy has been championing the topic through her interviews with women in the field for years. She also hosts a podcast on the same to encourage young women to join a career in engineering and technology.
