With over 25 years’ of experience in technical recruitment, Pete has a wealth of industry knowledge across R&D, engineering, technology and manufacturing. Pete originally started his career in permanent recruitment within the Electronics sector covering a multitude of disciplines including Hardware, Software, and Mechanical engineering recruitment prior to moving into the Contract & Interim sphere in 2002.

Today, as the Director of Contract & Interim at Redline, Pete is responsible for managing the business across all the diverse technically challenging and niche environments that we support from R&D / Engineering, and Supply Chain to Manufacturing & Operations. He works with world-leading companies looking to strengthen or drive transformation and technical innovation via specialist and interim professionals.

Pete has travelled to many places including the Caribbean, North America and across Europe. He is father of two children which occupies most of his time, but when he does have time to himself he enjoys cycling and golf. He raised £4K cycling from London to Paris for the British Heart Foundation and has undertaken a variety of other cycling and charitable challenges.
