Congratulations to Laura Preston DipRM, a Manager in the Contracts & Interim business, who has recently passed her Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management qualification (DipRM), which was awarded by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and sponsored by Redline.
Laura started with the Redline Group in 2014 as a consultant, where she quickly learned contractor recruitment and rose through the ranks, being promoted to Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant in 2018, then finally Manager in 2019.
During Laura’s career at Redline Group, her passion for the industry motivated her to start studying with the REC for a qualification in recruitment, and in 2017 receiving – a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practices. Jump forward five years to 2022, and Laura has been awarded – Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management (DipRM).
The DipRM is a degree-level qualification for strategic managers and directors. This course offers a broader perspective on the recruitment industry, providing knowledge and practical skills in employment law – legal and ethical, recruitment best practice, people management, and business/financial management.
