Bio

With a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science, Tom Drew is a Principal Consultant with a broad range of electronics and technology recruitment experience. Tom has been awarded the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and is a full member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP).

During his tenure, since 2015, he initially worked within the Manufacturing & Operations Division, recruiting Operations Leaders, Production Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Supply Chain professionals for a wide range of industrial sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, FMCG, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Wireless Communications.

He now partners with a limited number of high-technology and electronics businesses providing recruitment, executive search, selection, and retention advice in Senior Management, R&D, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing disciplines. Tom has an extensive network and thrives on building long-lasting relationships and is passionate about changing lives every day.

Tom plays Hockey for Bedford Hockey Club and has played in National Championships and has also been part of touring parties to the likes of Spain. He also enjoys playing golf, tennis and has played cricket for his County.
