With a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science, Tom Drew is a seasoned Principal Consultant with a broad range of electronics and technology recruitment experience. Tom has been awarded the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), his credentials that underscore his commitment to best practice and industry expertise.

Tom joined Redline, in 2015, initially worked within the Manufacturing & Operations Division, recruiting he succesfully recruited Operations Leaders, Production Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Supply Chain professionals. His work has spanned a wide range of industrial sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, FMCG, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Wireless Communications.

Today, Tom partners with a select group of high-technology and electronics businesses, providing tailored support in Senior Management, R&D, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing disciplines. His strengths lie in recruitment, executive search, selection strategies, and retention advisory. Known for his extensive network and relationship‑driven approach, Tom is passionate about delivering impact and “changing lives every day".

Tom plays Hockey for Bedford Hockey Club and has played in National Championships and has also been part of touring parties to the likes of Spain. He also enjoys playing golf, skiing, tennis and has played cricket for his County.
