Bio

Meet Ricky Wilcocks, our Manager in Electronics & Technology! Ricky holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire. He joined Redline in 2010 and has spent time in several key business areas including R&D/Engineering and Process Control recruitment.

Ricky is responsible for managing a team of consultants and maintaining long-term partnerships with several high-technology and electronics businesses providing knowledge-led recruitment, selection, and retention advice in Leadership, Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.

Ricky’s expertise derives from a real understanding of the market across a very broad range of disciplines. Initially focused on R&D, Technical Management, Electronic Hardware, FPGA, Power Supply Design, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design, Embedded & Applications Software, Manufacturing & Operations and Project Management.

He previously managed the Key Accounts Group supporting a small number of clients in high-tech electronics, automation, and the semiconductor arena across all business disciplines.

Ricky is a family man, with one son and twin girls, which occupies most of his time. When he is lucky to have time to himself, he enjoys watching Rugby, F1, and NFL.
