Bio

Natalie has over 16 years’ experience in technology, electronics, and the technical recruitment arena. This wealth of knowledge has been built up over numerous disciplines including R&D / Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Manufacturing & Operations, having assisted numerous high technology companies secure world-class talent.

She currently heads up the Permanent Business unit as well as key group-related activities and offers insightful market knowledge and advice to a wide variety of clients and candidates.

Natalie started her career as a Recruitment Consultant and held several key positions within the business. Manager of the Sales and Marketing Division where she focused on developing the careers of Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Technical Support specialists across a broad variety of engineering and high technology customers across Europe.

As Recruitment & Training Manager, she spearheaded innovative ways of attracting and developing the best talent for Redline as it continued to invest in future organisational growth. In 2019, she moved to a new role, Head of Engineering and Sales with strategic responsibilities for developing the business streams.
