Her extensive knowledge spans multiple disciplines including R&D and Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Manufacturing & Operations where she has partnered with numerous high‑technology companies to secure world‑class talent.

Today, Natalie leads the Permanent Business Unit alongside key group-wide initiatives, providing clients and candidates with strategic insights, market intelligence, and trusted guidance shaped by years of hands‑on industry experience.

Natalie began her career as a Recruitment Consultant and has since held several pivotal roles within Redline. As Manager of the Sales and Marketing Division, she championed the career development of Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Technical Support professionals across a diverse range of engineering and high‑tech organisations throughout Europe.

In her role as Recruitment & Training Manager, she introduced innovative approaches to attract, nurture, and develop top talent, supporting Redline’s continued organisational growth. In 2019, she progressed to Head of Engineering and Sales, taking on strategic responsibility for strengthening and expanding specialised business streams.
