Laura Preston
Manager, Contract & Interim
After a near 9-year career in banking, Laura joined Redline as a Consultant in the Contracts division in 2014. During her career here, she has taken on the roles of Senior and Principal Consultant, before moving into Management in 2019. She successfully achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management qualification in 2022 by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) as well as being shortlisted twice for Temporary Consultant of the Year at the IRP Awards (2018 & 2019).
She now manages a team within the Contracts and Interim business, tasked with finding resource solutions for technical and engineering customers.

Something about me.....
Laura is very active and spends time running and orienteering in the countryside. She also enjoys watching live comedy and music, and has seen the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Kings of Leon, the Foals, Gorgon City and many others. She has also successfully completed the Manchester Marathon twice (2022 & 2023), raising over £2200 in total for Macmillan Cancer Support. She is an active participant in a mental health peer support group, facilitating online meetings and Whatsapp groups.
