Bio

Kishan Chandarana is a Senior Consultant within Redline Group’s Electronics & Technology division, bringing a strong blend of analytical capability, sector insight, and people‑focused recruitment expertise. After completing his degree in Economics, he built an impressive eight‑year career in the medical recruitment sector before joining Redline in August 2024. He now plays a pivotal role within our growing permanent division, where he has the distinction of being the first member of the newly established team.

Kishan is known for his straight-to-the-point, attentive, and honest approach to recruitment, qualities that have already enabled him to deliver standout results.

His passion for doing recruitment “properly” underpins everything he does. Kishan is committed to supporting both clients and candidates with care, accuracy, and industry-first knowledge, helping technology and engineering businesses across the UK secure exceptional permanent talent.
