Technical Publications Assistant

My client, in Essex, who design & manufacture signal switching and simulation for use in electronic test and verification, are currently seeking a Technical Publications Assistant. 

Reporting to the Technical Publications Manager, the role of the Technical Publications Assistant, Essex, is to create and maintain customer-facing, product-based technical documentation, such as data sheets, manuals, sales literature, and drawings, using the Adobe Creative Suite of programs. Other responsibilities will include:

•	Creating and maintaining technical documentation for switching and simulation products, such as data sheets, manuals, and user guides.
•	Supporting product development teams in creating documentation for new products and product proposals.
•	Creating and maintaining product-based sales literature.
•	Preparing drawings for data sheets, manuals, user guides, and sales literature.

The Technical Publications Assistant, in Essex, will have experience with:
•	Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
•	Working in a technical office environment (advantageous)
•	An appreciation of the technical aspects of electronic product design (advantageous)
