•	Understanding of electrical systems, wiring, instrumentation, and power electronics integration
•	Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as CAN Bus, Modbus, or TCP/IP
•	Programming or scripting experience using Python, C++, or C#
•	Experience working with APIs, databases, and system-to-system integrations
•	Comfortable working in laboratory, test, prototype, or manufacturing environments
•	Experience reviewing CAD drawings, schematics, or installation documentation

Desirable Experience
•	Experience within high-density or precision electronics environments
•	Engineering change control and configuration management experience
•	Exposure to data centre, power infrastructure, or critical systems environments
•	Experience with automated test equipment and validation systems

Package
•	£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary depending on experience
•	Meaningful share options
•	25 days holiday plus bank holidays
•	Contributory pension scheme
•	Significant career progression opportunities within a rapidly growing business
