Process Engineer

We are partnered with a longstanding engineering business in Cambridgeshire building high-precision laser products. As manufacturing activity continues to scale, they are looking to add a Process Engineer to help improve, stabilise and evolve their production processes.

In this Process Engineer role, you will:
•	Improve and refine manufacturing processes to reduce variation, rework and scrap
•	Use data and practical problem-solving to get to the bottom of production issues
•	Drive sensible cost, yield and efficiency improvements on the shop floor
•	Support new processes and equipment as they move into production

The ideal Process Engineer will have:
•	Experience improving manufacturing processes in a precision environment
•	Comfort working with production data and using it to make decisions
•	A hands-on engineering mindset with strong root cause instincts
•	An engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
