The IT Support Technician, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk will be responsible for the user application support, user administration and local infrastructure support across windows based applications. 

Ideal candidates for the IT Support Technician job based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk will have experience across the following areas:
•	Proven experience maintaining a corporate technical infrastructure
•	Strong problem-solving skills
•	Practical experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services is essential, including user and licence administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
