As an IC Architect, you’ll play a crucial role in developing IC Architectures for the next generation of Touch and Automotive microcontrollers. This will include system architecture, development, and validation. 

Key Responsibilities:
•	Lead the development of IC Architecture
•	Leading from a technical perspective
•	System level validation
•	Mentoring junior members of staff

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and expertise:
•	Proven track record in IC Design (mixed signal or digital)
•	Deep understanding of the full semiconductor design flow (definition, architecture, design, verification, layout).
•	Hands-on experience in Digital IC design (IP, ASIC, and/or ASSP).
•	Proficiency in HDL & Verilog.
•	Strong familiarity with EDA tools for streamlined simulation, design, and implementation.

Beneficial Experience:
•	Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO-26262).
•	Experience with JIRA for project management.
•	Background in mixed-signal IC design.
