Head Of Engineering

My client is a specialist engineering company, designing and manufacturing solutions within the electro-mechanical and Electronics field for harsh, high-reliability environments and regulated environments including Rail, Medical, Defence, Aerospace, Transportation, Marine etc. 

I’m looking to talk to experienced Engineering Managers/Project Engineering Managers with a blend of the following skills and experience:-
-	Managed multi-disciplined teams (Mechanical, project, e-mech, integration, electronics)
-	Project-driven, customer-led environments
-	Designs to meet international compliance standards 
-	Taking products from customer engagement through R&D, manufacture and to delivery
-	Create a leadership and management structure to support development and growth of the team, processes and standards within a growing, ambitious 
-	Proven people-leader, and seeking to create and develop the team and the business
