Global Product Manager

Drive Product Strategy within the Semiconductor Manufacturing Ecosystem

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global Product Manager to join a growing international supplier of advanced equipment and solutions supporting the global semiconductor fabrication ecosystem. 

Operating within one of the world's most innovative and rapidly evolving industries, the business works closely with semiconductor manufacturers, assembly and test providers, research organisations and technology partners to deliver highly specialised solutions that support the development and production of next-generation electronic devices.

As Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, identifying new market opportunities and ensuring the successful commercialisation of a new innovative test technology across international markets. 

Working collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing and senior leadership teams, you will act as the bridge between customer requirements, market demands and product development, helping to drive both commercial growth and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities	
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for next-generation semiconductor test solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, OSATs, and fabless semiconductor customers.
- Gather and analyse customer requirements, market intelligence, competitive activity, and technology trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to align product development with market demands.
- Support customer engagement activities, including executive briefings, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and industry events.
- Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and commercial strategies.

About You

You will likely have experience within product management, product marketing or strategic business development and possess a strong understanding of the semiconductor value chain.

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

- Semiconductor equipment
- Test and measurement solutions in the semiconductor ecosystem
- Wafer fabrication processes
- Assembly and test technologies
- Semiconductor materials
- Advanced manufacturing technologies
- Existing experience with tier 1 semiconductor fabrication and assembly facilities

Candidates with a combination of technical understanding and commercial product management experience within the semiconductor industry will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
