If so, our client – an innovative "tech for good" start-up – is actively hiring for a position based north of Lagos, South Portugal, to support operations across their EU and UK functions.

The Field Test Engineer – Robotics, based in South Portugal, will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing field tests of robotic hardware and software systems
• Acting as the primary on-site contact during customer trials and engagements
• Collaborating with internal engineering teams to gather, analyse, and relay field data
• Supporting test site operations and customer interaction across various locations

To apply for this Field Test Engineer – Robotics role, you should have:

• A degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Computer Science
• Hands-on experience in field testing, system validation, or technical support roles
• Proven ability to manage test plans, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with Linux systems, scripting (Python/Bash), and diagnostic tools is beneficial
