Engineering Coordinator – Service Team Location: Clevedon Somerset Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join their team, playing a key role in supporting all Engineering and Service duties. Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Coordinator job: • To receive and respond to incoming customer communications via phone and email. • To define customer requirements by asking appropriate questions • To ensure that the customer has confirmed that all of the necessary site requirements are in place to enable a prompt and satisfactory completion. • To book service visits and confirm with customers, engineers and others as required. • To arrange resources (engineers, stock, parts, tools, equipment, etc.) To enable the satisfactory completion of works. Key Skills for the Engineering Coordinator job: • 1+ years’ experience working in a Coordination and Administration role ideally within an Engineering or technical environment. • Superb customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple enquires at once. • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent If you have experience in these areas and are ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
