Customer Success Specialist

We're working with a globally recognised audio technology company based in Manchester, developing products used by musicians, engineers and audio professionals around the world.

They're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help customers and partners get the most out of their products. It's a varied, hands-on role combining technical support, product guidance and relationship building, with opportunities to travel internationally and work directly with customers.

In this Customer Success Specialist role in Manchester, you will:
•	Build strong relationships with customers and partners, supporting them throughout their experience with the products.
•	Provide pre and post-sales support, helping with technical queries, product selection and troubleshooting.
•	Deliver product demonstrations, training and guidance to help customers get the best from the technology.
•	Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams, helping influence product improvements and future development.

The ideal Customer Success Specialist will have:
•	Experience in customer success, technical support, applications engineering or a customer-facing technical role.
•	A good understanding of audio technology, music equipment or related products.
•	Confidence explaining technical concepts, delivering demonstrations and working with a range of customers.
•	A proactive, people-focused approach, with a willingness to travel internationally to meet customers and partners.
