Our client, a world class development company who are global leaders in their industry, are currently in the process of developing new products to release to the market. As such, they are looking to recruit a multi disciplinary Contract Embedded Software Test Engineer to help them deliver on these projects, at their offices in Cambridgeshire.

In this project you will be required to be onsite 4 days a week, participating in daily scrum meetings, working within a two sprint per week cycle. Your experience working within Linux/embedded systems security will be crucial in enhancing the security measures for one of their new products. You'll complete assigned tasks, check them into the automatic build system that runs overnight, and perform necessary tests and checks on the previous day's changes.

Key skills and experience required for the Contract Embedded Software Test Engineer, Cambridgeshire:

- Proven experience working as a contract embedded software test engineer
- Strong experience working within a Linux environment
- Recently worked with consumer products 
- Strong Jira experience 
- Background in security or embedded network devices would be highly desirable

This contract will not accept candidates operating via a PSC, therefore you will be required to work via an Umbrella company.
