This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager - PCB Assembly to join a leading UK-based PCB Kitting & Assembly specialist that delivers high-quality, end-to-end manufacturing support to customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager - PCB Assembly job:
•	Generate new business opportunities within the electronics and PCB assembly sector.
•	Manage inbound leads, convert enquiries into sales, and maximise account growth.
•	Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
•	Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
•	Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade events, and industry exhibitions.

Experience required for Business Development Manager - PCB Assembly job:
•	Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or contract manufacturing (CEM).
•	Strong technical understanding of PCB assembly processes, kitting, and supply chain solutions.
•	Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
•	Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
•	Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
