You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth across OEM, EMS, distribution, and broker accounts. Whether your expertise lies in shortages, excess inventory, allocated product, semiconductors, passives, electromechanical components, or broader supply chain solutions, you'll be given the freedom and support to maximise your market potential. What You'll Be Doing • Managing and developing relationships with OEM, EMS, distributor, and broker customers worldwide • Identifying and closing profitable electronic component trading opportunities • Developing new business while growing existing accounts • Working closely with sourcing teams to fulfil urgent and complex customer requirements • Building long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business • Leveraging market intelligence to identify shortages, excess stock, and spot-buy opportunities • Driving consistent gross profit growth through proactive account management and trading activity Who We're Looking For We're keen to speak with professionals who have experience within: • Independent electronic component distribution • Electronic component brokerage • Semiconductor sales You will likely have: • A proven track record of delivering strong gross profit performance • Existing relationships across OEM, EMS, distribution, or broker networks • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills • A hunter mentality with the ability to create and close opportunities independently • Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • The ambition to maximise your earnings and grow alongside a scaling business Package • Competitive base salary tailored to experience and billings history • Uncapped commission at 20% of GP • Exceptional OTE potential • Fully remote working • International customer remit • Clear pathway into senior leadership and management positions as the business grows If you're a successful trader or account manager looking for greater freedom, stronger earning potential, and the opportunity to build something significant within a rapidly growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
