It’s a jungle out there!! Literally!! Redline's AGM
Redline Group held its AGM at the wonderful Woburn Safari Park Lodge last week. An amazing venue and setting (thank you Amy and team) to reflect and recognise the year’s achievements, share the next 3 years’ plans and goals – and have a bit of fun on the day as well.
It was a packed afternoon: a lovely lunch followed by a business review and rewards and presentations for people in our business who have all achieved great things, across many different categories. Despite tough external circumstances and a challenging recruitment sector environment, Redline bucked the market so huge credit to all our team for their amazing efforts and results this year.
Yes, we recognise the fiscal achievers, but equally important are our support and finance teams, and we celebrated those people who have excelled either through a role pivot, outstanding contribution. or generally supported their colleagues and the business throughout the year.
This year’s guest-speaker was the superb Sid Barnes, who as always brought a brilliant blend of frankness and clear insight to the recruitment industry, past and future. Delighted to have him share his experiences with the team and it really echoes Redline’s current and future goals and ambitions, Thanks Sid.
The afternoon was topped off with a VIP experience with the Sea Lions, wonderful, playful and elegant creatures who gave a laugh and a splash to everyone, especially those in the front-row.
A huge thank you once again to our amazing team at Redline for their efforts, applications, energy and professionalism through 24/25. We KNOW we’ve turned the corner now and current and future results look incredible.
