Neil Carberry, Guest Auctioneer helps Redline raise over £3000 for Mind

Last Friday, Neil Carberry, Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Chief Executive Officer joined Redline Group, the Permanent & Contract high technology and engineering recruitment specialist as their guest Auctioneer at Redline’s head office for their Annual Auction and Raffle in support of Mind.

Neil Carberry and Redline’s account manager, Martin Lowe, joined the team to help raise over £3,000 to support Mind. Auction prizes were generously donated by a variety of clients, suppliers, and staff. These included hampers, theatre tickets, football tickets, restaurant vouchers, electronic gadgetry, Champagne, and much more.

“I’d like to thank everyone at the Redline Group for involving the REC in their wonderful and fun fundraiser for the mental health charity Mind. It gave me the chance to try my hand as an auctioneer which I enjoyed immensely. The money raised will help Mind continue its excellent work in supporting and advising people who are experiencing mental health problems. This cause is important to me and the REC and it was fantastic to support our valued member in making this a great success."

With the auction and raffle being our largest fundraiser each year, It’s truly impossible to gauge the amount of hard work, support, and generosity it takes to make it a success,” Peter continued. “I wish I could personally thank each and every contributor. Since that's not possible promptly, they all know how grateful we are for their generosity and contributions this year."
