After completing her Master’s degree, Nicola worked within the healthcare sector for two years before joining Redline in sourcing permanent staff for a range of high technology and electronics businesses providing recruitment in Engineering, Research & Development, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
After being at the company for just under a year, Nicola was promoted to Senior Consultant and soon looks to recruit a team member to support her growing client and candidate base.
