Before joining Redline, Gemma worked for the NHS in a clinical administration function which meant dealing with the general public on a day to day basis.

Beginning her career at Redline in 2017, joining the administration team as a Junior Administration Assistant, Gemma provided vital support to the entire business. Since then, she has honed her skills and been promoted into more niche roles, firstly as Contract Specialist and more recently becoming our Senior Contract Coordinator.  Her integral role sees her predominantly supporting the contract and interim business, which covers a vast expanse of in-house reporting, as well as ensuring all our professional contractors are working with our customers and Redline in a compliant way.

Something about me.....

Shortly after joining Redline, Gemma was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, but despite this she hasn’t allowed it to get in her way. She loves attending live music events/festivals, she tends to have her entire year booked with a number of concerts. She is really family orientated and loves spending time with family and travelling back to her home town of Dublin, Ireland. She is most happiest when surrounded by her friends..
