Following a pursuit within the music and entertainment industry, Fahad joined the recruitment world focusing on permanent recruitment within Northern Ireland, before moving to the contract world within tech, defence and aerospace clients across the UK. Honing in on a specialism that he was passionate about, Fahad dedicated a lot of time to gaining knowledge and insights within the UK defence market due to his interest in the projects within the space. Fahad shortly became an SME and dedicated time on not only providing consultative insights to clients and candidates alike, but also teaching those within his team about the market space and what success within it looked like.
He has now joined Redline as a Principal Consultant, specialising in Contract & Interim recruitment, seeking professionals for a range of Technology and Electronics businesses, identifying technical contractors within the R&D, Engineering, and Operations arena. His specialisms include Electronics Hardware, RF, Software (Embedded, DSP, Application, GUI, and Scripting), Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, and Project Management.
