Are you a Sales & Operations Planning professional (S&OP) or Supply Chain Manager looking for a new role with hybrid working options, based in the Nottinghamshire area? 

My client is a medium-sized, Queen’s Award-winning company who design and manufacture a range of electronic products which are sold and distributed all over the world and can be found in international airports, World Cup stadiums, globally recognised retail stores, fast food outlets and train and bus networks across the world. Their product and service solutions are all developed in-house, and sold worldwide by their passionate and driven team, delivering a life-changing benefit to those living with hearing loss/impairment.

Due to growth in the business, they have created a NEW role for a Supply Chain Manager to implement and embed a new S&OP system across the business. This position will be based in their Nottinghamshire site with the flexibility of hybrid working. The ideal individual will have the experience to devise and implement, then run a demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning process across all areas of the business as they continue to expand. Working with the senior management team, this person will engage with all key internal and external stakeholders to produce a highly effective S&OP system. 
To be considered for this Supply Chain Manager, S&OP role in Nottinghamshire you should have a blend of the following skills and experience:

-	Experience in S&OP, Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods) and/or related supply chain management.
-	Working knowledge of modern purchasing, manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies (e.G. Lean, continuous flow, inventory planning and control, Demand Driven MRP) and the ability to integrate these ideas into the operation where appropriate.
-	Working knowledge in all areas of supply chain including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning.
-	Credible, hands-on, personal experience of a well-run S&OP environment, demonstrating first-hand experience in the implementation and execution of S&OP related processes
-	Electronics manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
-	Experience working as part of a small, close-knit team.
