A position for a Senior RF Engineer role base in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire has just become available offering hybrid working plus a fantastic 9-day working fortnight!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global-leading design and manufacturing business involved with RF / Microwave devices that are predominantly marketed into the space, aerospace, and defence sectors. 

This role will be within an experienced RF team designing active and passive RF building blocks throughout the entire product lifecycle eg. Combiners, filters, SSPAs, low noise amplifiers LNAs, phase-locked loops, frequency conversion, and synthesis. 

Ideal candidates for the Senior RF Engineer role will have design and development experience in the following areas:

1)	Practical and/or theoretical knowledge of passive and active RF circuits including VCO/Synthsisers, Mixers, Gain Control (AGC), Detectors, Limiters and amplifiers (LNAs), Power (GaN/GaAs), 
2)	RF System experience including Modulation and Coding,
3)	RF Simulation tools used such as ADS, Genesis, AWR, HFSS and VSS. 
4)	Knowledge of RF measurement techniques with practical experience of Spectrum Analysers, 
5)	Oscilloscopes, Noise figure Meters. 
6)	Measuring, matching and optimising at PCB-level for Gain, Noise Figure, Return Loss, Phase Noise,
