An international design and manufacturer specialising in engine components for the aerospace sector, are looking for a Quality Engineer to be based at their site in Redditch, Worcestershire facility. 

The Quality Engineer, Redditch, Worcestershire will be part of the team responsible for the process sampling systems, SPC development and quality systems compliant to ISO9001 / AS9100 standards. 

You will ideally be from an aerospace (or similar) manufacturing background within Quality Engineering, able to define, specify, and implement quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes. From audits, you will develop and implement corrective actions and provide technical support to both internal and external customers and suppliers as needed.

The ideal Quality Engineer based in Redditch, Worcestershire will have experience with tools such as measurement system analysis (MSA), lean manufacturing and six sigma practices. Knowledge of SPC and APQP would also be very advantageous, along with being a certified auditor.
