The organisation is seeking a Production Engineer to join the Bournemouth based team. Responsible for the introduction of new products into production, looking at process control documents, tooling, and line layout. 

The Responsibilities of the Production Engineer, based in Bournemouth Include:
•	 Support the integration on new products into production by identifying and installing work instruction, correct tooling, JIGS and fixtures, line layout etc. 
•	 Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing and reviewing standard work. 
•	Implementing 6S across the business and LEAN methodologies throughout the production process. 
•	 Design and product testing equipment to ensure product meets quality requirements. 

The Requirements for this Production Engineer job, Bournemouth based, Include:
•	 Previous experience in a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer position
•	 HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering 
•	 Previous experience with 3D CAD (Solid works/ Autodesk Inventor)
