Are you a Production Engineer – Electronic looking for a new position in Fordingbridge, Hampshire?

My client has been established for over 40 years and has an enviable reputation as a successful electronics OEM business and design consultancy. They design a variety of PCBs, Box builds and more for clients all over the world.

The ideal Production Engineer will have good background in electronics; this will include electronic assembly, SMT and soldering, as well as testing and fault finding down to component level. The ideal candidate will also be able to confidently read electronic schematics. 

This Production Engineer – Electronic based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

-	knowledge of electronics at a component level, with the ability to read and understand electronic schematics, wiring schedules, mechanical part / assembly drawings.
-	Testing and fault finding down to component level.
-	Some knowledge and/or experience of Lean / Six Sigma Manufacturing techniques would be beneficial.
-	Create and maintain build documentation and test specifications for our manufacturing teams.
-	Design and build tooling, jigs, equipment, and fixtures to support the production process.
