An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Technician, based in Bedford, Bedfordshire, to work for a leading Electronics Manufacturing provider supplying to a range of mission critical environments such as the aerospace sector. 

The Manufacturing Technician, Bedford, Bedfordshire, will be responsible for carrying out Surface Mount Manufacturing (SMT) including the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemble products to required standards such as Aerospace AS9001. 

The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Technician, Bedford, Bedfordshire will have experience in; 
•	Setting-up and running SMT lines to specified efficiencies and oven profiles 
•	Ensuring electronic products adhere to IPC 610 standards 
•	Supporting Engineering departments on fault finding and providing innovative solutions for design for manufacturing (DFM).

The Manufacturing Technician, Bedford, Bedfordshire, will have; 
•	A background in running pick and place machines, ideally MyData, Dek, Jet printer, SPI,X-ray and reflow ovens 
•	The ability to read and interpret electronic circuit and engineering drawings
