The successful Lead Electronics Test Engineer based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, will have the following experience: 

-	A BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering (or relevant discipline) 
-	Experience managing a small team 
-	Experience with Automated test equipment 
-	Experience writing test code in C# or Labview 

Responsibilities for the Lead Electronics Test Engineer job based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, include: 

-	Leading the test support team, ensuring that they provide effective support
-	Responsible for Recruitment and Training of Test Support Team including personal development, annual reviews and 121’s.
-	Liaise with Operations Team Leaders to identify priorities and resolve issues in a timely manner.
-	Put in place and lead appropriate Continuous Improvement strategies to reduce failures in-line with agreed targets
