My client, based in Bristol, design and manufacture a range of high precision electro-mechanical products that are sold all over the world. Due to expansion, they currently require a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to join their Engineering team.

They use numerous motion and control systems incorporating best in class solutions from leading manufacturers. This includes lasers and motion which are often non-industrial systems to meet the micro machining challenges their customers present. 

As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

•	Design of precision mechanical/ electrical systems and mechanisms. Broad knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials
•	Technical excellence in engineering discipline (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing/ Software) and CAD software (Solidedge/ AutoCAD) 
•	Life cycle management knowledge 
•	Guidance and mentorship for the engineering team members to ensure the growth of the company and development
