My client is a UK based electronics design and manufacturing company who due to recent growth, are expanding their R&D department, and are looking for an Engineering Design Manager to join the team.

As the Engineering Design Manager you will be overseeing the design of all electrical, software, firmware aspects of all products, and managing a team of electrical, electronics, and firmware engineers who are maintaining and developing existing products and designing and developing new products. You will ensure all in-house and ISO procedures are followed for each project, as well as overseeing Root Cause Analysis of issues that may arise. 

Requirements for the Engineering Design Manager role based in Slough, Berkshire: 
•	BSc/BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar.
•	At least 5 years practical industrial experience in leading teams in the design of and production of electrical and electronic products.
•	Familiar with standards covering safety and EMC.
•	Awareness of the need for an industrial company to produce reliable products to specification, on time and with defined cost constraints.
