Bio:
David graduated with a BSc in Business Studies and has over 15 years of experience in high-technology, engineering, and electronics recruitment.
He joined Redline in 2008, previously managing one of the R&D and Engineering divisions, which focused on delivering specialist technical recruitment, selection, and retention solutions across the EMEA region with an emphasis on the Process Control, Energy, and Automation sector. He has an in-depth technical knowledge of recruiting in specialist fields including electronics Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation, Test & Process Development, and Emerging Technologies.
David has continued to demonstrate a consultative and knowledge-led approach. He focuses on delivering great client results, winning numerous projects for Redline, successfully securing and delivering search assignments, exclusive projects, monthly retainers, and long-term business partnerships for a range of high-technology clients.
Due to his success, he now utilises his skills and talents developing Redlines core relationships as a Business/Customer Development Manager. His responsibilities include Key Account Management and ensuring Redline has the ‘right’ customer portfolio for the long term.
