Working for Redline, she said, is her first job in recruitment and also her first real job after her graduation. After coming to the UK, I wanted to learn something else and find a long-term career which I could enjoy and in which I could develop, she said.
I chose recruitment because it combined several things I was looking for it offered the possibility to specialise and become knowledgeable in a certain area, it was result and reward-driven and the work is dynamic and varied, she said.
Kasia, who lives in Luton, specialises at Redline in supplying professional, white collar engineering staff to the electronics, mechanical engineering, project engineering and other technology-based sectors.
Her achievement in the Diploma, she said was extremely important both to her and Redline, in demonstrating professionalism at all levels.

Studying for the Diploma and obtaining the qualification gives me the confidence that I can deliver just that. Hopefully it will also demonstrate to our clients the importance that Redline see in professional development, Kasia said.
Of her top student status, she commented: I love the sense of achievement in both work and education so it makes me feel really good. Being on the Diploma course, it was good to exchange ideas with recruiters from completely different industry sectors.
