Redline Group launches its first Talent Academy for aspiring Recruiters
Redline Group, the Permanent & Contract high-technology and engineering recruitment specialist, today announced the opening of its new Recruitment Academy, the latest stage of the company’s strategy to continue the expansion of its existing team.
Redline’s Talent Academy will be located at their new offices at The Village, Butterfield where this modern facility cements the company’s commitment to offering an opportunity for talented individuals looking for their first step into the Recruitment Industry.
The Talent Academy has been specifically designed to enhance the skills of Trainee Recruitment Consultants through a fun and inspiring way of learning the recruitment basics. The programme combines a mix of learning opportunities from our InspiRED classroom-based training to online platforms as well as on-the-job training, allowing individuals to embrace different recruitment techniques.
Week by week, trainee consultants will be immersed in sessions covering a different topic, allowing individuals to perfect that area. Modules will include: the recruitment process, searching methodologies and techniques, candidate contact and qualification, the importance of social media and marketing, amongst many more.
Throughout the programme trainees will also spend some time work alongside the management team sourcing and selecting industry qualified candidates for critical live roles, giving them on the job experiences and the opportunity to contribute in a successful client engagement. Once they graduate from the Academy, Trainee Consultants will join one of the specialist divisions where they will then become an Associate Consultant.
The Academy is being led by Natalie Tyler - Redline’s Talent Acquisition & Training Manager who has been with the business for more than 10 years. She has personally assisted many European high-technology businesses, identifying and securing talent across many disciplines including Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Management. Natalie is at the heart of Redline’s growing business with a brief to train, develop and ultimately ensure the success of the new trainee consultants.
