Redline Group announces the opening of the third phase of its Recruitment Talent Academy

 Following the success of its first Talent Academy programmes in 2017, Redline Group today announced the opening of the third phase of its recruitment academy. The academy plays a key part in the company’s strategy to grow from its existing 60+ employees to 85+ by 2020.

The Talent Academy has been specifically designed to accelerate a Consultant’s recruitment career. It is an opportunity for ambitious individuals looking for their first step into the exciting world of technology recruitment.

The 8 week training programme has been specifically designed to enhance the skills of a Recruitment Consultant, through a fun and inspiring way of learning the recruitment basics. The programme combines a mix of learning opportunities from classroom situations, to online platforms as well as on the job training, allowing individuals to embrace difference techniques.

The Academy is being led by Natalie Tyler - Redline’s Talent Acquisition & Training Manager who has been in the business for more than 10 years.  She has personally assisted many European high-technology businesses, identifying and securing talent across many disciplines including engineering, sales, operations, and management. Natalie is at the heart of Redline’s growing business with a brief to train, develop and ultimately ensure the success of new and existing members of the team.
