Redline commences its fourth Recruitment Academy with 10 new Trainee Recruiters

It’s not WHAT we do, it’s HOW we do it –this philosophy has never been more relevant than today, when the fourth edition of Redline’s Recruitment Talent Academy commenced their first week in their quest to become the next exceptional Technology Recruitment Consultants.

Redline launched its Recruitment Talent Academy in April 2017 as a part of the company’s strategy to continue their expansion of its existing 65+ team to 100+ by 2023.

The Talent Academy has been specifically designed to accelerate a Consultant’s recruitment career.

The 8-week training programme has been carefully created to enhance the skills of a Recruitment Consultant, through a fun and inspiring way of learning the recruitment process. The programme combines a mix of learning opportunities from classroom situations, to online platforms as well as on the job training, allowing individuals to embrace different learning techniques.

This is another huge step for Redline, building on the success of earlier academies. They have continued to invest in talent, technology and training, to ensure it is continually capable of delivering the specialist professionals demanded by this dynamic industry.
