Peak performance at Redline

Redline Group, the Permanent & Contract European Technology recruitment specialist, will be taking eleven of the team for its Winter Sales Performance Conference to a chalet in the French Alps. 

This six-monthly Sales Conference invites the top performing Consultants and Managers from Redline’s 50+ strong team to step back from the hustle of managing multiple recruitment projects , to review and analyse the last 6 months’ performance, and seek new ways to  identify, attract and deliver the best technology talent for the high-tech sector.  The goal is to share experiences, feedback, ideas, challenges and new concepts, all aimed at further improving individuals and their team’s quality and service to both Clients and Candidates.

This year Redline’s top achievers will visit the French resort of Morzine on the slopes of the Portes du Soleil, to encourage further collaboration and enhance the team’s creativity. The three-day conference extends into the weekend, so it won’t be all work and no play with skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiles all included in the weekend itinerary.

With cross-functional teams in various disciplines including Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing & Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR, Redline continues to invest in talent, technology and training, to ensure it is continually capable of delivering the specialist professionals demanded by this dynamic industry.

Previous conferences have taken place in Budapest, Las Vegas, Miami, Barcelona, Canary Islands, and the Balearics.
