Nine new consultants join Redline in its Third Recruitment Talent Academy

 Following the success of its first Talent Academy programmes in 2017, Redline Group announced the opening of the Third phase of its Recruitment academy. Redline’s Talent Academy plays a key part in the company’s strategy to grow from its existing 60+ employees to 85+ by 2020.

The Talent Academy has been specifically designed to accelerate a Consultant’s recruitment career. The 8-week training programme has been carefully created to enhance the skills of a Recruitment Consultant, through a fun and inspiring way of learning the recruitment process. The programme combines a mix of learning opportunities from classroom situations, to online platforms as well as on the job training, allowing individuals to embrace difference learning techniques.

The Talent Academy is led by Greg McHugh, Redline’s Head of Training & Talent Acquisition. Greg is well-known for his exceptional understanding of the human capital issues confronting clients and for his knowledge of and access to tier one best-in-class talent. Greg has worked and lived in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia and his far-reaching executive search experience covers Engineering, Electronics, Finance and Tax & Legal.

Greg has designed and implemented an innovative business-aligned Training and Development and Talent Attraction program to support Redline’s strategic growth and vision.  Greg comments: “Our aim is to give Recruitment Consultants an extensive and grounded source of knowledge and a training program which empowers them not only to succeed in the technical recruitment industry but to thrive in it.”
