Jamie King shortlisted for Permanent Consultant of the Year for 2019 IRP Awards
Redline Group, the Permanent and Contract high technology and engineering specialist are delighted to announce that Jamie King, Industry Manager for Redline’s Sales and Marketing division has been nominated alongside seven others for the award of Permanent Recruitment Consultant of the Year at the 2019 REC Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards.
This distinguished IRP Awards celebration is a way to reward the best and the brightest in the recruitment industry; it commemorates high standards of practice as well as professional excellence.
Jamie has been fundamental not only in the success of Redline’s growth over the last few years but also in the success of the Sales and Marketing division as an Industry Manager. Jamie works alongside a small team of recruitment consultants who, together, manage the careers of Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Product Management specialists across a variety of engineering and high technology clients.

“It’s a wonderful feeling to be recognised by your peers. I’m so proud and honoured to have been shortlisted for the Permanent Consultant of the Year. I wouldn’t be in this position today without the support and training of a select few individuals who have encouraged me constantly. The opinions of clients and candidates mean everything to me as they are the ones who have enabled me to be in this privileged position. Good people transform businesses but getting the right people is hard, a knowledge-led approach makes a difference.
To be recognised by the REC is incredibly flattering and I am looking forward to representing Redline at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, on the 27th November alongside Laura Preston who has been shortlisted for Temporary Consultant of the Year.
