
Redline Group, the Permanent & Contract High Technology
and Engineering Recruitment Specialists, are pleased to announce the success of
its fourth Recruitment Academy. Five successful trainee consultants graduated
from Redline’s in-house talent academy. All five recruitment consultants are now working
within Redline’s specialist divisions.
Redline launched its Recruitment Talent
Academy in April 2017 as a part of the company's strategy to continue its
expansion of its existing 65+ team to 100+ by 2023.
The Academy success has
enabled the technical recruitment specialist to secure and identify future
recruitment talent for the growing business. Nick Livingstone comments: “As a leading technical recruitment specialist, we’re
proud to invest in talented people. It is our people who really make us who we
are. Our recruitment training programme is for those joining us without
previous recruitment experience. The Academy is a structured recruitment
training programme, integrated amongst a usual workday. It is this combination
of recruitment training and spending time with our teams to allow those new to
our business, and recruitment, to build the necessary skills for success
alongside building relationships with their teams.
Lasting 12 weeks and consisting of seminars, group
activities and at desk training, our Academy teaches our new and inexperienced
recruits the skills required to be a successful recruitment consultant -
identifying and shortlisting candidates against roles, sourcing and briefing
candidates, advertising and the use of social media for candidate attraction,
objection handling, business development and relationship management. With a
transparent growth and development structure, our graduates are now in full
control of their recruitment careers, allowing them to get where they want to
be in the business.

strong understanding of business and people along with the motivation for
sales, come and talk to us. If you're a graduate, that's perfect, but if not,
don't be put off. A genuine desire to thrive within the technical recruitment industry

Where do
I start?
When you first join us, you'll start as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant - helping
people who want a change in career and companies looking for new talent. You'll
take part in our sixth Recruitment Academy Training programme, learning the
ropes of many sectors in the High Technology and Engineering arena. You could
be working in engineering, aerospace and defence, or even software. We work
across many sectors, so the sky really is the limit.
As you develop, you'll advance through our Academy
progression plan - giving you peace of mind that your career is on the right
track where you will join one of our specialist teams. And it doesn't end
there! Redline provides on-going training and further education opportunities
throughout your career to ensure you are consistently equipped with the
knowledge, skills and confidence to be an exceptional technical recruiter.
